David Simmonds Associates was formed in 1978, by David Simmonds MRICS FFB.
David, who is a Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Faculty of Building, has a background in Consulting Engineering and worked for a leading firm of Consulting Engineers, before setting up his own practice.
Since the formation of the practice it has developed a close relationship with its clients and has prided itself on giving a careful, personal service, with attention to detail.
