David Simmonds Associates have wide experience in the design of Residential, Commercial and Industrial Buildings. We pride ourselves in high quality Architectural Design, which is sensitive to our client's requirements and to the chosen site. Our projects have ranged from small domestic extensions and alterations, through new dwellings, barn conversions and up to the design of a complete industrial estate.
We are able to work with our clients from the initial inception of their project, including the selection of a suitable site and topographical survey, through the various stages of the design process, including Planning and Building Regulations approvals, selection of suitable contractors, tendering and inspection and certification of the work being carried out on site. All but the most complex Structural Design is carried out, in house, avoiding, on the majority of projects, the need to engage a Structural Engineer.
We have a particular expertise in the design of bespoke houses. Below are photgraphs of a house which we were priviledged to design for a private client, in Warwickshire. This building has been designed to blend into the frontage of the lane, adjacent which it is built, and adds to the character of the village.
