David Simmonds Associates have undergone CITB training and are able to act as CDM Coordinators, under the above legislation.
We are able to advise our clients as to the application of these Regulations to their projects.
We will liaise with our clients and their design teams, including carrying out appraisals to ascertain the suitabilty of the design team members to undertake their obligations under the Regulations. We will carry out appraisals of the shortlist of suitable Principal Contractors and advise our clients as to their suitability to undertake their obligations under the Regulations. We will prepare the Pre-tender Health and Safety Pack; issue notification of the project to the Health and Safety Executive and co-ordinate the preparation of the Health and Safety File.
In addition to the above, we are able to carry out safety audits, on behalf of our clients.
